Extension of existing temperature-controlled pharmaceuticals warehouse for existing leading distributor in Nicosia.

The project entailed the extension of an existing pharmaceuticals warehouse by an additional 1500m² and basement area (for mechanical equipment and parking) without interrupting the existing operation.

Our scope as project managers started from the initial concept design until construction and final handover. We coordinated design teams and presented to the client, and subsequently managed site meetings and issues during the construction period. We tendered for specialised equipment (shelving, machinery, industrial doors, etc) and ensured their timely delivery.
