EY Nicosia
Ernst & Young partial relocation to a new office building in Nicosia with a capacity of 350 seats.
In close collaboration with CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate and investments, we acted as EY’s internal Project Manager (PM) for this office fit out and partial relocation project.
Our assignment commenced at the building selection stage through to project completion. We participated in the negotiations with the landlord and the drafting of the lease and set out the scope and responsibilities of the parties. During the concept and detailed design stages we coordinated with the various local and international internal stakeholders to meet the client’s requirements.
Our services included budgeting, programming, managing the consultants, contract management, tendering and procurement including furniture.
In partnership with the client’s team, the efforts of all the contributors were rewarded by delivering a challenging project within a tight time frame and under budget.
