How we do it

Diligent & Comprehensive

At each stage we coordinate the corresponding consultants (architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, interior designers, etc), contractors or internal company departments to collect relevant information and ensure that all parties are fully aware of the project timeline and budget.

We talk with them, arrange workgroups and steering committee meetings and circulate information so that everyone is in sync. We also represent the client at the competent authorities or wherever is required.

Throughout this process our target is to minimize delays and cost over-runs and produce a finished product as specified by the client.
