Throughout our process, our target is to minimize delays and cost overruns and produce a finished product as specified by the client.
We do this through regular communication, circulating information, workgroups and steering committee meetings.
At each stage, we coordinate the relative consultants (architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, interior designers, contractors or internal company departments) to ensure we keep everyone in sync. We also represent the client at the competent authorities when required.
