As the project managers of Orion seaview villas in Tala, Paphos, our role is to supervise the construction phase on behalf of the client, ensuring quality control and compliance through timely coordination.

Our role as project managers is to support the renovation of the existing high school in Limassol city centre into a new kindergarten and elementary school.
The project is a fast track project in an agile environment with the design and construction running in parallel.
Limassol Greens is an integrated golf resort in Cyprus with a unique mix of villas, townhouses, and apartments, an 18-hole championship golf course, leisure, dining and wellness facilities.

Project entailed the refurbishment of all the duty free space (approx. 4000m2) into a new design in collaboration with the existing food and beverage tenant.
The project spanned 18 months in a live airport environment.
A landmark project on the Limassol seafront, Trilogy comprises of 3 high-rise towers of 35-40 floors each for apartments, offices and amenities.
Our services on this project are Project Monitoring & Control on behalf of the financing bank, which we offer in collaboration with McBains (a prominent UK property and construction consultancy) who is leading this effort.
Earnst & Young partial relocation to a new office building in Nicosia with a capacity of 350 seats.
We, in close collaboration with CBRE, acted as EY's internal project manager for this office fit out and relocation project.
Approx. size of fit out in the newly built location is 2315m² within a 10 month time frame.
The IPH Distribution Centre being the largest of its kind in Cyprus, entails a space of 4500m² for warehousing, receiving, handling and distributing it goods.
We were assigned as the project managers during tendering and construction.
We coordinated the contractor and specialized subcontractors for their timely execution.

We were assigned as the project managers for Alektor Ktimatiki, owner of a 1500m² pharmaceutical warehouse (15-25C) which is being operated by one of the largest distributors in Cyprus, Marathon Distributors Ltd.
The project entailed the design and construction of a similar adjacent warehouse to be joined to the existing and act both for expansion and redundancy.
As the exclusive project managers for the client we managed all aspects of new retail stores in Cyprus including new builds and refurbishments.
Retail stores included stores such as Beautyline, Holland & Barrett, Yves Rocher and Selekt Stores in all major cities in Cyprus.
We were commissioned by a prospective buyer for the property in Limassol and we were assigned the technical due diligence which led to the property being bought with the tenant PwC in place.
Subsequently we have been assigned since then the supervision of the property’s maintenance schedule.
We were assigned by the client after his purchase of these 2 residential complexes off-plan. We were involved in all aspects of supervision of the project’s construction including payment approvals and ensuring the design team’s independent technical inspections.
Due to the client’s remote location (UAE) we ensured that their interests were looked after and sent monthly progress reports and handled all issues including the projects handing over.
