Lisbon International Airport
The refurbishment of the duty-free space in Lisbon airports T1 and T2 for all categories and stand-alone fashion stores following the tender award to ARI.
Our scope as the Vendor Managers for PTDF is to coordinate the designs and implementations of all brands entering the duty-free space. This includes design meetings with brands and ARI category teams, and coordination of local contractors and millworkers for their timely installations in a live airport environment.
Our scope included the installation of 117 brands in all categories of P&C, Liquor, Tobacco, Confectionery, Watches and Jewellery, and 6 stand-alone fashion stores.
