The refurbishment of the duty-free space from a standalone shop to a walk-through concept was designed in collaboration with the food and beverage tenant.

Acting as the Internal Project Manager for CTC-ARI, our scope involved designing work packages to be executed in phases, coordinating the brands for their timely furniture installations and managing the design of new concepts for the Kypriaka and Altitude shops.

We successfully completed the project whilst working in a live airport environment and during the Covid-19 breakout, which placed very strict control measures on works executed. The project demanded our full and detailed attention and coordination of all partied involved.

We currently act as the Project Manager for new installations and furniture changes in the airport as new brands enter or new concepts are developed.
