Large distribution centre for fast moving consumer goods including basement and office spaces in Nicosia.

We were appointed as project managers for the construction phase of the project.

For this project, we supervised the construction process, suggested design improvements and authorised changes requested by the client effectively to ensure no project delays or cost over runs.

Our efforts were placed in controlling costs and authorised payments. This resulted in successfully completing the project within budget and time and with significantly improved operational specifications.
