Trilogy is a landmark project on the Limassol seafront, comprising of 2 high-rise towers of 35-40 floors each for apartments, offices and retail space and a third 15-floor apartment block.

We acted as the lending banks’ Technical Advisor in collaboration with McBains, a leading property & construction consultancy based in the UK.

The size and scale of this project was unique for Cyprus and this was reflected in the challenges presented to the contractors and subcontractors. Our efforts were placed in ensuring that all risks were captured and mitigated through the contracts and guarantees placed and that the project was constantly cash flow positive.
