A unique 21-storey mixed use building in central Nicosia made up of office, catered apartments and entertainment outlets.

We offered Project Management services for the client from the start of the 3-storey basement construction, until the structure topping out. The constant project re-designs to match the client’s changing needs and the procurement of long-lead items was a continuous challenge.

Our efforts were focussed on de-coupling elements under design with the contractor’s program, to ensure that inevitable time over-runs could be minimised successfully.

The project has subsequently included new floors and designs marking it a landmark to the Nicosia skyline.
