Acting as Vendor Managers for PTDF Portugal Duty Free Lda, our role centred on bringing together multiple brands, teams, and furniture contractors into one coordinated delivery, ensuring that each element was aligned, well-timed, and seamlessly executed.
The project included the rollout of over 70 brands across all retail categories, along with a standalone fashion store, all within a live airport environment that demanded precision, flexibility, and careful planning at every stage.
