Green Park Residences
The Courtyard is a large scale residential gated community development consisting of 66 apartments on 5 buildings in Nicosia.
Gated community within a space of 10.000m² of landscaped greenery and a large basement to serve over 150 cars.
As the project managers from the detailed design stage, we organized design steering committee meetings and timeframe for the efficient management of the design and procurement process. We managed value engineering exercises to reduce the project cost and aligned these with the expected timeline of authority approvals.
Our involvement ended following the establishment of a JV with a developer/ contractor for the construction stage who undertook the project management role internally.
