IPH Distribution Centre
New Distribution Centre in Dali handles all logistics for receiving, warehousing, handling and distributing the goods to IPH customers.
The IPH Distribution Centre being the largest of its kind in Cyprus, entails a space of 3000m² of freezer, refrigerator and ambient temperature spaces. We were assigned as the project managers during tendering and construction of Phase 1 and from the design stage of Phase 2 which was an additional 1500m².
As Project Managers we coordinated the contractor and specialized subcontractors for their timely execution.
Due to current space restrictions, the relocation date had no flexibility and meeting the milestone date was critical. We controlled the delivery dates of specialized materials and ensured that the centre operated as planned.
