Exclusive beachfront properties in Protaras for sale by developer
The project is an exclusive project made up of 5 beachfront villas with swimming pools in Protaras (phase 2), and additionally 3 villas with pools within 100m from the beach (phase 3) sold by the developer to individual clients. Other phases are being planned as well.
Our involvement in the project was mainly in the construction phase where we supervised the construction works on behalf of the client and completed the procurement of specialised items. We also managed the buyers’ requests, carried out costing exercises and ensured that the contractor was aligned with the project requirements and change orders.
The project was completed on time and on budget with an exceptionally good quality due to the good communication of all stakeholders and the choice of contractor’s team.
