Project manager for this office fit-out and relocation project.

We acted as Oracle’s Project Manager for the relocation of its offices in Nicosia, overseeing the project from the initial planning stage through to successful completion.

Our appointment commenced during the early project development phase and continued through concept design, detailed design, procurement, construction and project close-out. Throughout the design stages, we coordinated with Oracle’s local and international stakeholders, consultants and project teams to ensure the client’s operational, technical and commercial requirements were fully achieved.

Our services included project management, budget development and cost control, tender management, contract administration and coordination of the office fit-out works, ensuring the project was delivered in line with the agreed programme and quality standards.
