EY Nicosia
Ernst & Young new office building at Landmark in the heart of Nicosia.
In close collaboration with CBRE, a global leader in commercial real estate and investments, we have been acting as EY’s internal project manager for the new offices at Landmark in Nicosia.
Our assignment commenced at the building selection stage and will take us through to project completion. Our services include managing the internal and external stakeholders, budgeting, programming, contract management, supervising the construction of the conversion from cold to hot shell and the tendering, procurement and execution of the fit out works.
The project will be completed in 2 phases. Phase 1 concerns the completion of the fit-out works of floors 10+11. Phase 2 concerns the conversion of floors 12+13 from cold to hot shell with the execution of the fit-out works to follow. The project is on track to be delivered by the end of 2026 as scheduled.
