Orion seaview villas, situated in Tala, Paphos.

As part of the development, we were assigned the role of the Project Managers (PMs) for the construction of 20 villas. Each villa is independent with a private swimming pool and grounds.

Although we were not involved from the beginning of the project, we have been actively managing the project since early 2025. Our role involves supervising the construction phase on behalf of the client, ensuring quality control and compliance through weekly site visits.

Our focus aims for the smooth handover of the project to meet the client’s milestones and quality expectations through timely coordination.
