Limassol Greens is an integrated golf resort in Cyprus with a unique mix of villas, townhouses, and apartments, an 18-hole championship golf course, leisure, dining and wellness facilities.

As part of the masterplan development, we were assigned the role of the FIDIC Engineer for the construction of 8 villas which have subsequently been increased to 10. Each villa is independent with swimming pool and grounds and forms part of the first phase of development for the project.

As the FIDIC Engineer our role is decisive for the contract administration and for the timely conclusion of the project to meet the client’s milestones and quality expectations.
