Technical Due diligence, maintenance monitoring and renovation.

We were commissioned by a prospective buyer for the property and we were assigned the technical due diligence which led to the property being bought with the tenant PwC in place.

We have subsequently been assigned the supervision of the property’s maintenance schedule which we carry out through on-site visits and coordination with PwC’s technical team as the property’s tenants.

Additionally, we have recently (2023) undertaken the project management of the HVAC upgrade on all floors. This was performed in 3 phases to minimize the tenant’s disruption and with stringent health and safety procedures and reporting protocols.
