We managed the full project lifecycle, from overseeing concept and detailed designs through to final handover. Supervised the construction phase on behalf of the client, all technical matters ensuring quality control and compliance through biweekly site visits.
We integrated the client’s needs and modifications while handling financial matters to deliver a high-end final product.
