Pharmacyline Distribution Centre
Controlled temperature distribution centre for pharmaceuticals and office spaces in Nicosia.
We were appointed as project managers for the design and construction phase of the project.
For this project, we communicated with the owner’s team to collect the required project requirements and coordinated the design team for their implementation. We subsequently organized the tender process carried out by the Quantity Surveyor for all contractor, subcontractor and specialised supplies.
During the construction stage we led site meetings and workshops, check project progress against the program and flagged key milestones. The project was completed with no cost overruns and minimum delays and to the full satisfaction of the client.
