OUR OFFERINGAs the project managers for the client our scope is to ensure the timely delivery of the project within budget and to manage the communication between the project consultants, the client’s team and the competent authorities. We closely supervise the project program, approve payments and monitor the tender process. The project is currently in the construction phase.

OUR OFFERINGWe were assigned to the project at the construction phase, and our scope was to ensure the timely delivery of the project within budget which was achieved. We also coordinated the site progress with the Audi Corporate Architecture team to ensure the international standards were adhered to which resulting in an overall rating of 89%. We also assisted in the final account closure and in obtaining all necessary permits.

DESCRIPTIONRetail Stores, Cyprus.
OUR OFFERINGAs the exclusive project managers for the client we manage all aspects of new retail stores in Cyprus including new builds and refurbishments. We effectively coordinate the design team very closely with the client’s team and subcontractors to eliminate uncertainties and minimize the refurbishment time and store closure. We create the budget and control payments during construction, and follow-up all post-construction issues for the smooth store operation.

OUR OFFERINGWe were commissioned by the client to act as their external advisors for all refurbishment works and improvements in their headquarter building. This has included coordination of the refurbishment of two floors, the design and issue of planning permits for a ground floor extension and the energy improvement of the building to Category B. All designs have been coordinated with Department Heads and all works have been carried without a single day of operational downtime.

OUR OFFERINGWe were commissioned by a prospective buyer for the property and we were assigned the technical due diligence which led to the property being bought. We have subsequently been assigned the supervision of the property’s maintenance schedule which we carry out through on-site visits and coordination with PwC’s technical team as the property’s tenants.

OUR OFFERINGThe client had rented the building on a long-term agreement while the project was under construction. Our involvement was in organizing the fitting out of each floor in coordination with the client’s department heads (to address their requirements and concerns) and with the project interior designer for maximum aesthetics. We carried out competitive tender procedures for fitting out materials and equipment and included these works in the contractors program of works for the client’s timely move to their new premises. We controlled costs and approved all payments.

OUR OFFERINGOur offering involved the complete fitting out of three offices in an existing building of total area approx 450 m². Our involvement included creating layout solutions to the client , approval specifying materials, receiving quotation from tenders and coordinating contractors and suppliers.

OUR OFFERINGWe were involved in the project from the outset and having determined the client’s requirements we created the project brief and appointed all the design team. Our involvement was centred on maximizing value through use of government schemes for additional building coefficient and efficiently allocating these in the project. We also monitored the whole design process and audited the project specifications until all permits were issued. The project is currently at the pre-construction phase.

DESCRIPTIONExtension to existing 4-storey offices building in Nicosia.
The project entailed the extension of 2 floors on an existing office building in Nicosia while it was under use. We were involved from the outset and appointed the design team to create various design options. We supervised the construction process and successfully managed the relationship with existing office tenants to minimize disturbances. We controlled costs and approved payments until completion and handing over.

We managed the refurbishment works for the client’s factory and warehouse premises by consulting on operational and logistics improvements. We coordinated the tender process, appointed the construction team and carefully managed the refurbishment with zero production days lost. We controlled costs and appointed payments and we are currently the exclusive project managers for any works to be carried out by the client.

DESCRIPTIONRelocation of Kleenex packaging factory.
OUR OFFERINGWe offered pre-construction services to design the factory layout in cooperation with the factory manager and to optimize the packaging flow. We went out to tender and supervised the construction process and effectively relocated the factory without any stock shortages and within the timeframe.
THE JUNIOR SCHOOL CO LTD.
DESCRIPTIONRelocation of the Senior School, Nicosia.
We were engaged in this project from the beginning and represented the client throughout the project to effectively relocate the existing school to a new location at a pre-defined specific date and within budget. We coordinated the design team and contractor’s team with the school’s staff to translate the school’s requirements and incorporated these in the project without delays. We authorized payments and represented the school at competent authorities.
OPAP (CYPRUS ) LTD.
DESCRIPTIONCreation of a new Public Park in Engomi, Nicosia.
As a public park, we cooperated closely with the municipality and coordinated the design concept process to develop a unique chess-themed park with a pre-defined budget. We coordinated the tender process as a design and build project, appointed the contractor and represented the client throughout the project. We supervised the quality of the end product and authorized payments.
ST. NICHOLAS FUND.
DESCRIPTIONNew Russian Orthodox Church, Limassol.
We were engaged to this project after the design had been completed and we undertook the project management to create the bill of quantities and initial budget. We subsequently carried out various value engineering exercises to maximize the effectiveness of the design and reduced the budget by almost 20%. The project is currently under review.
MAG PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT LLC.
DESCRIPTION2 independent housing complexes with a total of 12 houses with sea-view in Limassol.
OUR OFFERINGWe were assigned by the client after his purchase of the full project off-plan. We are involved in all aspects of supervision of the project’s construction including payment approvals and ensuring the design team’s independent technical inspections. Due to the client’s remote location (UAE) we ensure that their interests are looked after and send monthly progress reports or as required. The project is currently under construction.

DESCRIPTIONThe Orchard – A residential gated community project in Nicosia.
OUR OFFERINGAs a unique project we were assigned the project brief and the supervision of the concept design. Due to its size (13.000m2 of buildable area) we ensured that the project could be built in phases and could be adaptable based on future changes in demand or in zoning requirements. We oversaw the creation of the marketing material and sales strategy and coordinated the issuance of planning permits. The project is currently in the detailed design stage.

Our involvement in the project commenced in the construction phase and our scope of works was to coordinate the contractor and design team. Our aim was to ensure a high quality project to be completed within budget and time which was achieved. Upon completion we assisted in the sale of the properties and have coordinated the viewing with sales agents and clients and subsequently with lawyers for sales closure.
